To make any changes including cancellation, simply go to the link provided in your order confirmation email or log into your account on our website and navigate to the subscription section. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time without penalty. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged for the next delivery. Upon cancellation, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped.

6. Auto-Renewal

For your convenience, some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You will receive an email prior to renewal with the details of the new subscription period. You have the option to modify or cancel your subscription before the renewal is processed.

7. Returns and Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once an order has been processed. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is processed. Cancellations are not possible once an order has been shipped. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, such as damaged packaging or a discrepancy in the order received, please contact our customer service team immediately.
